Customer Satisfaction Measurement


One of the basic principle of the IMS Policy of Duslo, a.s. is meeting the requirements of the customers by means of high quality, which is a pre-requisite for maintaining our position on domestic, as well, on global market and increasing our competitiveness.
Our company conducts a customer satisfaction survey on an annual basis. One of forms of the survey is a questionnaire, and therefore we would like to ask you to fill in the attached questionnaire with focus on a specific product.
