Static and dynamic balancing of rotors

Duslo, a.s. offers static and dynamic rotor balancing on Schenck H2B and Schenck HM6U / BU.

H2B:

  • Rotor weight 0.4 kg - 100 kg
  • Bearing distance 150 mm - 1,600 mm
  • Bearing journal diameter 7 mm - 50 mm
  • Maximum diameter of rotor 630 mm
  • Diameter driven by belt 20 - 200 mm

HM6U / BU:

  • Rotor weight 40 kg - 10,000 kg
  • Bearing distance 200 mm - 5,900 mm
  • Bearing journal diameter 40 mm - 320 mm
  • Maximum diameter of rotor 2,100 mm
  • Joint drive
  • Diameter driven by belt 50 mm - 1,000 mm

The result of balancing procedure is reported in balancing protocol.
